Shipping:

We offer FREE U.S. shipping by USPS Priority Mail and/or UPS (our choice). Delivery times in the U.S. are about 7-10 days. Personalized items will require a longer handling time.

We offer low International Shipping Rates on many items.

Return Policy:

Please ask all questions before purchase. In order to bring you top quality products at exceptional pricing, we have a no-return policy. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged in transit, however, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will quickly work with you for a resolution.

Product Availability:

We work together with our wholesalers to only advertise products that are readily available or soon to be available, and we apologize if a product is back ordered, out of stock, or discontinued by the time you place your order. If a popular item is out of stock when you order it, we will notify you by e-mail ASAP and will let you know when the item will be available.

International Sales:

We are excited to offer our Tiaras, Jewelry and Scepters to the UK, Canada, and Australia. We have low International shipping rates by USPS Priority Mail International, based on the weight of the items purchased.

We are not able to ship favors outside the U.S.
